MAKING ART TO MUSIC
Cadog’s Corner, Victoria Park Community Centre, Cadoxton CF63 1JY
Wednesday 10 February 2027 10 am – 2 pm
A practical art workshop for families.
ALL materials provided. Refreshments provided too.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore picture making using a variety of media,
including collage, crayons, paints and printing. They will be responding to the music of
composer Grace Williams. Her musical compositions Sea Sketches (1944) and Fantasia on
Welsh Nursery Tunes ((1940) will be played as a background soundscape to this creative
session.
The artist members of Art Central Friends, including the painters Gerda Roper and Alan
Salisbury, along with other creatives, will lead these lively and fun activities
Tickets are free but limited in number.
